紅氣逼人 - Mt. Difficulty Pinot Noir Long Gully 2012, Central Otago

受朋友介紹，試一試來自New Zealand價錢HKD 500 up的Pinot Noir (香港甚至買不到！)。

Mt. Difficulty，在Central Otago各地都種有各式各樣葡萄，在Bannockburn細區Long Gully則有非常高水準的Pinot Noir，價錢可比Burgundy的Grand Cru。

紅寶石色，香氣是中等強度，非常濃厚的Red Cherry味，少量Strawberry味，更少量oak過的奶油香，誘人非常，甚至比不少Burgandy grand cru優勝，細心聞會有chocoate等味，頗有potential。

口味暫沒有香氣誘人，紅果為主，酸度高，tannin以pinot noir來說更是異常高，看得出酒莊極具野心，中酒體，平衡度高，惟finish中至中短，沒有太多可以讚賞的地方。

毫無疑問，本酒是超越一般Central Otago的質素，不過價錢也是...
