居然連Classe都不如? - Chateau de Fonbel 2009, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

今晚試右岸酒，Chateau de Fonbel，內子稱之為"電飯煲"，有"窮人Ausone"之稱，因為酒莊是Ausone莊主Alain Vauthier擁有的，而且釀造法也相同。除了有很多Merlot和Cab Sau外還有相當高比例的petit verdot。雖然出自名莊手筆，但本酒連Grand Cru Classe都不如，所以價錢仍大眾化。

中紅色，相當漂亮。

香氣充分展現了Merlot的強勢，熟dark cherry, raspberry但幾乎沒有Bordeaux靚年常見的cedar, lead和black currant味，即是說，就算是2009，從香氣上本酒已經較可飲，而且不像是powerful風格。另有vanilla和少量皮味。強度中等。

入口更有一種Bordeaux久違了的優雅感，首先是silky的tannin，酸度比tannin特出，中高酸，中tannin，果味black cherry，酸莓味也有，body和intensity意外地只是中等，這才是優雅感。但本酒複雜性相當有限，aging potential成疑。finish中等。

本酒質感，酒精，平衡俱佳，實在有Grand Cru Classe水準。難怪嚴格的Jeannie Cho Lee都給予本酒90分。另外她的tasting note都算準確:
